To maintain simplicity and clear communication, we have broken the process out into the following three phases:
The Initial Phase: The Initial Phase begins by filling out the contact information on the “Contact Us” page or sending an email to ashley@bullywoodworkingva.com. Once we receive your information, we will respond with a short order form that is meant to give us a general idea of what you are looking for. We will use this information to provide an estimated quote for your approval prior to proceeding to the Design Phase.
The Design Phase: In the Design Phase, we will discuss your vision more in-depth and create a detailed plan for the final design. This phase allows us to use these plans to not only ensure your approval of the product, but to also provide a final price for your approval prior to any construction beginning.
The Construction Phase: Once the design and final price have been approved, the Construction Phase can begin. This phase requires a 50% non-refundable deposit that is meant to cover the cost of materials. These phases will result in your vision being brought to life!
